Spellman Care has been named ‘Family-Run Care Home Group of the Year 2023’ in the fifth edition of the Northern Enterprise Awards, with one of its homes, Craven Nursing Home, also being named ‘Best Permanent Nursing & Dementia Care Home 2023 – North Yorkshire’.

Winning these awards comes at the end of a successful year for Spellman Care.

2023 saw the group achieve the ‘carehome.co.uk top 20 Award’ again in February for Craven Nursing Home, be ‘Highly Commended’ at the Stars of Social Care Awards in June and have four members of staff reach the ‘Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards’ finals in October.
