This marks the third consecutive year that Spellman Care has had finalists in these esteemed awards, demonstrating the company’s unwavering commitment to excellence and its dedication to empowering women within the social care sector.

Phillippa Young, Group Operations Manager, was nominated for the Lifetime Achievement Award. Her tireless efforts and innovative approach have significantly impacted the lives of countless individuals across Spellman Care’s group of homes.

Stephanie Bowers, Home Manager at Craven Nursing Home in Skipton, is a finalist for the Rising Star Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions and potential to shape the future of social care.
