“CMM is pleased to announce the launch of CMM Support, an affordable counselling scheme created in association with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

The scheme offers low-cost counselling exclusively to registered managers of adult social care services, who often face huge stress as a result of their role, leading some to consider taking their own lives.

Counsellors from NCPS have signed up to the scheme to offer their help at a reduced rate and have undergone training to ensure they are familiar with the registered manager role.
